Information We Collect

When you connect your Instagram account to Creator Space, we access the following data through Meta's official Instagram Graph API with your explicit consent:

• Profile information (username, profile picture, follower count, biography)
• Media and post data (photos, videos, reels, stories you have posted)
• Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves, views, reach, impressions)
• Audience insights (aggregate demographics including age ranges, locations, and gender)

We access this data solely through Meta's authorized APIs. We do not scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from Instagram or Facebook outside of the permissions you explicitly grant.

How We Use Your Data

We use your Instagram data to:

• Display your profile and performance analytics within the Creator Space platform
• Match you with brand partnership opportunities
• Generate campaign performance reports for brands you work with
• Improve our platform and services

Data Sharing

We share your data only with brands you explicitly opt into campaigns with. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your social media data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion below).

Your Rights

You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time through your account settings, which will stop future data collection. You may also request deletion of all stored data.
